大麦芒型遗传研究进展

摘 要:

芒作为大麦(Hordeum vulgare)重要的穗部器官, 是大麦适应性进化的典型组织, 对种子繁衍、麦穗蒸腾、籽粒灌浆、防鸟啄食及产量形成起着重要作用; 大麦芒型表征有无芒、钩芒、直芒。本文对三种芒型性状表型、性状功能及遗传调控研究逐一综述, 以期为芒型性状遗传机理解析及其在育种中的应用提供参考。

Advances in genetic studies of the awnness in barley

Abstract:

As an important spike organ of barley (Hordeum vulgare), the awn is a typical tissue involved in adaptive evolution of barley. It plays an important role in seed propagation, panicle transpiration, grain filling, bird proofing and yield formation. There are three representative types of barley awn, including awnless, hooded awn and straight type. This review summarizes pregresses on awn trait and phenotype, trait function and genetic regulation of three awnness in barley, which should shed light on the genetic mechanism of the awn development and the application in breeding.
